I finished this one last week. I ordered it a while ago but the paints were still creamy. I did add some flow aid and water as I was using the paints to keep them fluid.
The colors are wonderful. Love it
I thoroughly enjoyed this artwork even though it was very detailed and some of the numbering required the help of a magnifying glass to be seen clearly. I’m already working on my next piece.
I've just finished by 6th pbn painting and this is my most detailed one to date. I love how the canvas arrived rolled in a tube and the paints have a great consistency, with only a few of the pinks for the flowers needing more than one coat. I don't consider myself having any artistic ability, but I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process and even ordered three more Masterpiece paintings before I'd finished this one. My only criticism would be that some of the blues for the sea should have been a little darker to match the photo. I also changed the colours on the patio on the right hand side to match the original. Overall, I'm very pleased with the result.
This was my first mbn and I thoroughly enjoyed doing it. Good quality canvas and everything provided. I used my own paintbrushes as it's very detailed and you need a very small brush. I found some of the paints a bit thick and had to water them down while others went on like a dream. I also found that some area s on the roof had no obvious numbers. It took me about two months to complete as I only get a couple of hours a few times a week. I'm really pleased with the result and am waiting for my second one.
