This is the only paint by number I have done so I don't have any other companies or paintings to compare it to. While I want to give this a 5, there are many things lacking, i.e.: post on left side of porch had no side to it, window panes are not straight, the chairs on porch very challenging so had to try to define the parts of it to make it more realistic, Victorian trim not very defined especially on the left side of painting, etc. I would pay more for the painting if the final printout was cleaned up prior to printing. The numbers would me nicer if they were not so dark. I did my own sky since colors supplied were not vibrant. I could work on this more to make more defined but I'm ready to move to another painting. Due to the paint not going on smooth, I sometimes used my own. I also used my own brushes. It was tedious but I enjoyed it and it was fun to do. I will try another one, but will maybe mix my own paints.
Had a great time painting this one as being on a cruise seems everyone wanted me to finish it so they could see.
It was once again a pleasure and it's being framed for my house!
This is obviously only partially finished. I very much like the original painting, but this digital rendition is becoming a little tedious.
Lovely painting, but this has been by far the most challenging of the 10 MBN canvases I’ve done. Previous paintings had a nice mixture of large and small spaces. This one is almost entirely made up of tiny sections which make it more challenging and less fun to do. That being said I remain hopeful that the finished painting will be beautiful.
This painting came out beautifully, I really enjoyed completely it. I'm trying to decide whether to keep it, or gift it to my brother & sister in law, who just moved to Kentucky from Florida. Love it!
