You’re all set to paint! For lighter areas, applying two coats is recommended.
The lower portion of this painting is the ground and is very detailed with lots of small spaces.
This is the 2nd MBN painting I have done, and it certainly was a challenge. I have completed it for my Grandson who is in the UK Air Cadets and loves everything RAF related.
The canvas was of great quality and plenty of good quality paint supplied. I have 2 others that are now Christmas presents so will get done early in the New Year, and waiting for 3 more to come back into stock to order. So relaxing to do (even the smallest areas). My other grandson is into F1 and I did another manufacturers PBN of a McLaren F1 car for him. I can safely say the MBN canvas and paints are of a much better quality and it really does affect the finished article. I would recommend MBN to anyone looking for a relaxing but rewarding pastime.
Finished it at last. MBN painting no 19 completed. Took a while to do the ground it was so detailed. Thank goodness for my MBN Detail paint brushes

Your Questions
I have never painted before, can I do it?
Yes, of course, you can! Paint-by-numbers kits are designed for all skill levels, including beginners. Our numbered system provides clear guidance, making it easy to create a stunning piece of artwork.
How long do your kits take?
The time required to complete a paint-by-numbers painting depends on the complexity of the design and your painting speed. It can take anywhere from a few hours to several days or even weeks to finish. It's the journey though!
For mini kits, it typically takes around 2–4 hours.
Framed or unframed?
Our framed kits include our artist’s grade linen canvas on our patented frame that is also an easel stand. Our unframed kits come as a rolled canvas. See our video →
Why can't I pick the number of colors?
You can’t choose the number of paint pots for an image. If an image has 24 colors, it can’t be made into 48 — companies offering this are just duplicating colors and charging more. More colors don’t create more detail; the original artwork does. At MBN, we license all of our copyrighted images, so the number of colors depends entirely on the original artist’s painting.
Should I clean my brush?
Yes, it is advisable to clean your paintbrush when changing colors as well as after each painting session.
Clean your brushes with cool water and lay flat to dry.
