Great colors, matching pretty close. I did have to retouch the lighter colors. My 2nd painting with MPN.
I enjoyed painting this picture, I now have painted all of the beach scenes. It was a little harder than I thought a lot of tiny spaces, but all in all it’s a good picture.

I truly enjoyed working on this painting. It was very mediative, using so many paints of similar contrast.
My painting does not look like the one above, but I’m pleased with it and will pick up a frame tomorrow.
This is one of my favorites. To make it look more like the photo, I did quite a bit of blending and tweaking, which I enjoy. I've attached a copy of it as painted and after tweaking.
Evening Breeze is my 21st MBN painting to date, and I am about 75% done. It pairs nicely with another MBN selection, Quiet Time.
Some parts of this painting are very intricate and detail oriented. A bright light, a magnifying glass, patience, and brushes with small narrow bristles are essential. The brushes included with the kit are just OK; I would suggest buying the brush kit sold separately on the website, or going to your local craft store to see what is available.
I AM a little disappointed that the colors provided appear to be darker than what I see on the website, but it is still very pretty.
I want to stress the importance of having a good light source, otherwise you will see tiny white dots of canvas showing through, particularly on the darker shades. Some of the light shades required 2-3 coats to cover up numbers and lines , or to give a better depth of color.
Overall, I have enjoyed doing this painting more than some others I have completed, and encourage people to give it a try.
