Thor is my brother's only family in Washington. He adores his dog. I wanted to send him something special for his 65th birthday. I had to call and ask about my order. Masterpiece had tried to contact me. They explained why the picture I sent in would not work and how to send one in that would. It was so nice to talk to someone who spoke ENGLISH and had excellent customer service skills. When my paint kit arrived, it was in a tube and not FOLDED. The brushes and paint were good quality. There was enough paint left over to blend colors. I watched the videos that were offered and then tried them on my picture. My picture does not look like a paint by number! I am very impressed with Masterpiece by numbers.
My brother builds and flies radio controlled airplanes. Over the years he’s built a lot. This is from a photo of one of his larger planes. The guide showed a taupe color on the wings but I changed it to white. Tom said it was good either way. Big Thanks to the young man who does the custom paintings!
