Andi's Message To Us

'This is my first and hopefully not my last, Masterpiece by Numbers. I just have to save for the next one.

Let me tell you a little about myself, I was an active young person till about 8 yrs ago, when I suffered two massive strokes, which left me unable to use my right hand, I also had a triple heart valve replacement, a year after my strokes I had been right sided all my life and I knew using my left was going to be very difficult, I don't give into things easily and with much trial and error I started to get the confidence to use the left side of my body, it was very challenging, and I still make mistakes.

I saw this and I thought I would give it a go. I actually found it challenging at times, having to paint with your left hand was hard, especially when you had been right sided for most of your life. But I don't give up, there might be mistakes, but I've done it to the best of my new abilities.
