I’ve completed several paint by numbers kits before from other companies, and this one had the best paint by far. Only two colors needed multiple coats. I’d recommend purchasing a set of the black brushes as an add on - they were pretty good quality! Overall, the painting ended up being pretty abstract for my liking, so I improvised a bit. This is the finally product, after improvising. I’d purchase another kit from this company.
The best paint by numbers paintings around great quality canvases already completed 6 starting seven today
This was my seventh MBN painting, and my first one of a city or street.
It made for a nice change, and I didn't find it too difficult, except for the people sitting at a table in the foreground on the right.
Some of the lighter colors needed 2 or 3 coats, as did some of the darker ones.
I ended up framing it sending it to some friends of mine who honeymooned in Paris 11 years ago!
Turned out very nice. Good quality, a lot of small spaces but didn’t require a magnifying glass. Most colors were able to cover the numbers except one or two where you can still see the numbers after applying a few layers.
